An ingoing and outgoing inspection is a visual condition assessment of a rental property, completed at the start and end of a tenancy, to record the property’s condition at a specific point in time.

  • Windows, window coverings, and screens

  • Built-in wardrobes and storage

  • Light fittings, switches, and power points (visual only)

  • Balconies, patios, and courtyards (if applicable)

  • Garage and accessible external areas
